The Princess and the Frog

The Justice League collaborated on a SOLO describe map and description of Joy Cowley's the Princess and the Frog.

WALT - Describe Characters

The Princess from Joy Cowley’s ‘The Princess and the Frog’ is very sassy, grumpy and a gold digger. She is only interested in her own appearance. She paints her nails and wears only the finest silk gown and jewellery. Her long plaited hair is the colour of a red kumara. This princess only wants a rich, famous, handsome prince. She has no time or patience for frogs or true love. This bad tempered princess deserves to be turned into a slimy, warty frog!

The Frog from Joy Cowley’s ‘The Princess and the Frog’ is a handsome prince in disguise. He is kind, patient and loving. The frog has rough, green skin covered in bumps and slime. The frog prince has a small golden crown perched between his eyes that shines like the sun. He lives happily in the murky, smelly swamp hopping on the lily pads. He spends his days eating fly pie which makes his breath as bad as a person who has never brushed their teeth! and searching for his one true love.
